1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all transport services provided by Wins Fahrservice (owner: Roman Wins, Im Wiblinger Hart 47, 89079 Ulm) to its customers. Deviating terms of the customer only become part of the contract if we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A booking request via our online form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp is a non-binding offer by the customer. The transport contract is only concluded upon our written or verbal order confirmation. Verbal side agreements require our written confirmation to be effective.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. The prices valid at the time of booking according to our price list or the individual offer apply. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the service has been provided in cash, by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. For advance bookings, we may require a deposit.

4. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. For later cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the agreed fare in full or in part. Please notify us of changes to pick-up time, location or destination as early as possible; they are subject to availability.

5. Performance of Services

We provide our transport services with the care of a proper transport operator in accordance with the provisions of the German Passenger Transport Act (PBefG). Waiting times caused by the customer (e.g. late arrival at the pick-up location) may be charged separately. For airport transfers we monitor flight times; reasonable waiting times for flight delays are included in the price.

6. Passenger Obligations

Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the journey and to follow the driver's instructions. Pets may only be transported by prior arrangement. Soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged to them.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. We are only liable for damage to luggage carried within the scope of statutory provisions. We recommend taking out appropriate travel and luggage insurance.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data exclusively to fulfil the transport contract. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of performance and – as far as legally permissible – exclusive place of jurisdiction is Ulm. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
